Meet Basil! Her portrait was commissioned for a birthday. For the portrait I was asked to composite a few things together so I've added the reference images below. 10x10 oil on panel. They wanted the scarf and flowers from the first image but the second image pose.  

This is Sweet Pea! My son and his girlfriend rescued this kitten from a horrible hoarder situation in NY. He had a bunch of health issues at first but I'm happy to say he is now thriving.

A fun little commission I recently did was a 5x7 portrait of this handsome Golden Retriever puppy.

I was long overdue to paint a picture of my sweet puppy Ellie. She loves to hang out in the liriope in out front yard so it seemed appropriate to paint her lounging in it. 8x8 oil on canvas
